Our Fiscal Year
Starting from the 2023-2024 fiscal year, sponsorship benefits will conclude on December 31st annually. Renewal of sponsorship is possible at any time throughout the academic year to sustain our ongoing activities. Organizations that are unable to renew by the December 31st deadline will temporarily cease receiving sponsorship benefits until the renewal process is initiated. However, they will still be acknowledged as esteemed past donors on our dedicated sponsor's page. While we appreciate contributions at any time, we strongly encourage you and your institution to consider renewing sponsorship by December. This ensures your continued support and acknowledgment during our much-anticipated annual STEM week event. Your timely renewal is a testament to your commitment to fostering education and innovation within our community.
Contribution rules
1. Donations are accepted from individuals, corporations, and institutions willing to contribute to STEM education and research initiatives.
2. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent law allows. Donors should consult their tax advisor for specific tax implications.
3. Our organization is transparent about how the funds will be used for STEM programs, scholarships, research, or other educational initiatives.
4. Donors may have the option to specify how they want their donation to be allocated, such as supporting a particular program or a research.
5. Donors may be recognized publicly. Recognition can be in the form of acknowledgment on our website, or in our event programs.
6. Our organization is responsible for ensuring that the funds are used effectively and responsibly for the intended purpose, in line with the donor's wishes.
7. Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is considered a charitable contribution and is not refundable except in cases of error or fraud.
8. Donors' personal information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties, following privacy laws and regulations.
9. Our organization and donors should comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to charitable giving and tax-exempt status.
